You can cancel your membership from your Member's Login page.
We understand that there are situations that may prevent you from keeping your Éconofitness membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can quickly and easily cancel your membership on your Member’s Login page, under the "My Membership" tab. On the "My Membership" tab on your Member's Login page, click "Cancel my membership" and follow the steps through to the end of the cancellation process.

Important: If several contracts appear on your Member's Login page (for example, an old contract and your current contract), make sure you select the right membership to cancel.
Are there any fees?
This depends on the date of your membership and when you cancel. Here's what Quebec's Consumer Protection Act says:
- If you cancel within 37 days of signing your contract: You're eligible for a refund, minus 1/10 of the total cost of the membership. This is what the law allows for this type of contract.
- If you cancel after the 37 days: A cancellation fee of $65.00 (plus taxes) will apply. This is used to cover the administrative procedures required to cancel your contract. This amount is fixed and applies to all membership types.
