How can I get a refund?

To be eligible for a refund, you must first cancel your membership.

How do I claim my refund?
Once the cancellation is complete, if you think you are eligible for a refund, fill out this form: Link to refund form.
Our team will analyze your request and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
 
Here's some useful information:
Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, you have up to 37 days after signing your contract to cancel it free of charge, provided you pay 1/10 of the total membership amount.
 
After this period, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers the administrative costs of managing and closing your account.
