Why is there a cancellation fee?

The cancellation fee covers the administrative costs of closing your membership account.

This includes, among other things, managing your cancellation request, cancelling future payments, updating our databases and any necessary follow-up by our Member Services team.
This fee is only charged if the cancellation takes place after the 37-day period stipulated in Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Within this period, a member can cancel their membership by paying only 1/10 of the total amount of the contract.
 
We make sure that these fees remain as reasonable as possible, while covering the resources required to manage your account.
