What’s an upgrade?
When you upgrade your membership to a higher tier, you enjoy additional benefits, including:
- Access to all Éconofitness gyms,
- 24/7 access at participating locations,
- The Recovery Platinum Zone (massage chairs, hydromassage beds, etc.),
- Fitness group classes with a coach (included in the Extra membership),
- And many other perks!

How do I upgrade my membership?
You can easily upgrade your membership directly in the Member Area, in the "My membership" section:
- Click on the “Upgrade now” button:
- Then follow the instructions provided on the screen.
- Once done, don’t forget to click on “Upgrade now” to finalize the upgrade.
A new one-year subscription will begin on the date the upgrade was completed, and your old subscription will be canceled at no charge. The first payment for the new contract will be charged at that time.
The credit from the canceled subscription will be applied to the entire new contract, resulting in lower monthly payments.
