# Is my gym open 24/7?

## Most Éconofitness gyms are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays!

24/7 access is reserved for Platinum and Extra members, who can work out whenever they want, at their own pace—day or night. Weekend and Écono members can check their gym’s schedule on the webpage:

If a gym isn’t open 24/7, the schedule is the same for all members, regardless of their membership type (some exceptions apply—check the [gym’s webpage](https://econofitness.ca/en/gym)for opening hours).

To find out if your gym is open 24/7, check this list: [See the gyms open 24/7](https://econofitness.ca/en/gym?types=ouvert_24_7)

To learn how to access a 24/7 gym when no staff is present, check out our article “[How to access 24/7 gyms outside of staffed hours”?](https://faq.econofitness.ca/en/access-24/7-gyms?hsLang=en)
