I've lost my password. What can I do?

No worries—it happens to everyone! Here’s how to reset your Member Area password:

  • Go to the Member’s Login page.
  • Click on “Forgot your password”.
  • Enter the email you used when you signed up.
  • Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) and follow the steps to reset your email password.

If your membership has been expired for more than 7 years, your Member Area will be automatically deleted and you will no longer have access to it. If you decide to join Éconofitness again, you’ll be considered a new member.
