What should I do if I don’t receive the reset password email?

Follow these steps:

1. Make sure the email isn’t in your junk or spam folder.
2. Make sure you entered the email address you provided when you signed up.
3. Go to the Member's Login connexion page, click on Forgot my password and enter your email address.
4. If you don’t receive the reset password email after a few minutes, go to the newsletter page and enter only your email address.
   – If a message in red pops up, click it. You’ll receive an email to sign up to receive news from us. Once it's done, repeat step 3.
   – If a message in red doesn’t pop up, please contact us.
