If a credit card payment is declined, our system will automatically retry approximately 20 days later. This can sometimes give the impression that the same amount has been deducted twice.
First, log in to your Member's Login page (My Payments tab) to check which payments have been billed more than once.
What do I do next if I notice a payment error?

To help us sort this out quickly, please include:
- A copy of your transaction statement (or a screenshot)
- The first 4 and last 4 digits of your credit card
- The dates and amounts of the payments in question
