What should I do if my payment was processed more than once?

If your credit card payment is rejected, the system will automatically attempt to take the payment 20 days after the rejection date. 

If you’d like a more detailed follow-up, please write to info@econofitness.ca and include the following information:

  • a statement showing the transactions
  • the first and last 4 digits of your credit card number
  • payment dates and amounts.
