# How do group fitness classes work?

## Fitness group classes at Éconofitness are a great way to get moving and feed off the group and the certified coach’s energy!

**Group classes with live coach (exclusive for Extra members)**

- Available at Éconofitness gyms equipped with group fitness classes ([see gym list and schedule](https://econofitness.ca/en/gym?services=cours_en_groupe_avec_coach)).
- Just show up for the group class a few minutes before it starts.
