# What should I bring to the gym?

## Always have with you

**Your keycard or wristband**

That’s how you get in! If you do not have your keycard or wristband, you will not be able to access the gym, even if you are a member.

 

**Your towel**

For hygiene reasons, is highly recommended to use a towel at all times and to keep all equipment clean and dry.

 

**Your indoor shoes**

Your shoes must be clean and reserved for indoor use. Also, from November 15 and April 15, you must change your outdoor shoes at the gym entrance—no matter the weather.

 

**Your water bottle**

Stay hydrated throughout your workout! Water fountains are available on site to refill your bottle.

 

**A padlock**

Lockers are at your disposal during your workout. Bring a padlock to keep your belongings safe.

 

**Tip:** Keep your gym bag packed and ready with your essentials. That way, you won’t forget anything!
