Why has my membership been cancelled?

There are two main reasons why your membership may have been canceled.

At Éconofitness, a membership can be cancelled automatically if:
  • Two consecutive payments have been refused by your financial institution or credit card (e.g.: insufficient funds, expired card, credit limit reached, etc.).
  • A payment has been disputed directly with your credit card company.

In these situations, the system automatically closes the membership to prevent the balance due from continuing to accumulate.
