My payment went through on a different date than usual. What is going on?

There are possibly a few reasons for that

  • Your first payment is taken on the day you sign up.
  • The next payments are taken at the frequency of your choice: every two weeks, every month or every six months.
 
However, the exact date of those payments may vary slightly, especially if it falls on a weekend or public holiday. Payment will then be processed on the next business day.
 
Keep in mind:
Be sure to keep the funds in your account until payment is completed, even if the withdrawal date shifts slightly.
 
And no, we cannot change payment dates.
