How to differentiate my contracts in the Member's Login?

Go to the Membership tab of your Member's Login and click on Download Contract PDF under the contract to verify. Open the PDF document and, at the top left, check the first letter of your contract number (ex: C00123456).

  • If your contract begins with the letter C, it is your regular contract.
  • If your contract begins with the letter G, it is your free contract corresponding to the number of days paid but not used during the closure of your gym.
  • If your contract begins with the letter A, B, D or K, it is your modified contract following your request for a temporary suspension of your payments until the reopening of your gym.

    Note that you have access to your payment grid at all times in the Payment tab of your Member's Login.
