There are several reasons why your card might not be working. Here’s how to check:
1 – Is my membership active and are my payments up to date?
Log in to your Member Area (under the “My Membership” and “My Payments” tabs) to check if:
- Your membership is still active (not expired or cancelled)
- You don’t have any outstanding balance to settle
If everything looks good here, move on to the next step!
2 – Is my access card in good condition?
Your card may be demagnetized or damaged. If you think that might be the case:
- Visit the gym during staffed hours so we can test your card or replace it for free if needed
- Check the schedule here: Find your gym
3 – What if my card still doesn’t work?
If you’ve gone through all these steps and your card still isn’t working, contact our Member Services team.
