How often can I use my perks, and where can I use them?

Each perk can be used once per subscription year.

Eligibility depends on your subscription dates (current year and renewal date).

Some trial offers may be available only at participating gyms: you can visit a gym that offers the service. If you are an Écono member, you can also visit another gym in the network to try services not offered at your usual location during staffed hours.

During a “Free Trial Thursday,” certain services are available for trial: your perks are not used on this day, and you can use them another time.
