Why was my credit card payment declined?
What is a declined credit card payment, and what should you do in this situation?
A credit card payment can be declined for various reasons. Here are the main possible situations:
• Credit limit reached or exceeded
• Card has expired
• Card blocked by the issuer
• Transaction declined by the card provider
What happens next? How can I pay my balance?
If you have an outstanding balance, you won’t have access to the gym until you make your payment. You should therefore pay your balance as soon as possible. Go to your Member Area and click the “My Payments” tab to settle the balance.
