Why doesn't my access card work if I leave the Gym and want to come back shortly after?
To help keep everyone safe, prevent fraud, and avoid unauthorized access, Éconofitness uses an access control system.
Your access card allows one entry per visit. Once you pass through the turnstile, your card cannot be used again for 90 minutes.
If you leave the Gym before the 90-minute period has ended, you will not be able to re-enter using your card until the 90 minutes have passed. That's why we recommend bringing everything you'll need with you before going through the turnstile.
What if I need to come back before the 90 minutes are up?During staffed hours, you can ask a team member for assistance. They may grant you access if they are able to verify your identity and confirm that your membership is valid.
During unstaffed hours, re-entry is not possible until the 90-minute period has ended.
Can I leave the Gym at any time?Yes. This rule only limits entries. You are free to leave the Gym at any time
