# Why doesn't my access card work if I leave the gym and want to come back shortly after?

## To help keep everyone safe, prevent fraud, and avoid unauthorized access, Éconofitness uses an access control system.

Your access card allows **one entry per visit**. Once you pass through the turnstile, your card cannot be used again for **90 minutes**.

If you leave the gym before the 90-minute period has ended, you will not be able to re-enter using your card until the 90 minutes have passed. That's why we recommend bringing everything you'll need with you before going through the turnstile.

 What if I need to come back before the 90 minutes are up?

During staffed hours, you can ask a team member for assistance. They may grant you access if they are able to verify your identity and confirm that your membership is valid.

During unstaffed hours, re-entry is not possible until the 90-minute period has ended.

 Can I leave the gym at any time?

Yes. This rule only limits entries. You are free to leave the gym at any time
