# What services or programs are offered?

## At Éconofitness, you get access to a modern, self-service gym that’s affordable, convenient, and designed so you can work out stress free and at your own pace.

Before coming by, you can take a virtual tour of our gyms to get a feel for what we offer.

**Cardio machines**

Each gym is equipped with over 50 cardio machines: treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals, rowers… everything you need to get your heart pumping!

 

**Strength-training machines**

Easy-to-use guided machines and free weights up to 75 lb to let you build strength at your own pace.

 

**Abs and Glutes Zone (in participating gyms)**

A full zone with mats and targeted machines to work out your abs, thighs, and glutes.

**Platinum Workout Zone**

Exclusive access for Platinum and Extra members: dumbbells up to 100 lb, squat racks, pulleys, assisted deadlift machines, and *more.*

**VELOCYCLE Zone**
