Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes!

You can suspend your payments while your gym is closed by completing this form. Please expect approximately 30 days for your request to be processed. As soon as your gym reopens, normal payments will resume.

If you do don’t feel comfortable going back to the gym during COVID-19, you can cancel your membership by heading to the Member's Login section of our website or by going directly to your gym. OPC regulations allow you to cancel within 37 days at 1/10 of the total amount of your membership. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $29.99 (instead of $60.00) will apply. Once your membership has been cancelled, please fill this form so that we can confirm if you are eligible to get a promo code corresponding to the dollar value of the number of days that were paid while your gym was closed plus 15 free days.
