# Is there a scale available?

## No, there aren't any scales in our gyms.

At Éconofitness, we’ve chosen not to put scales in the gyms—and that’s intentional! We believe that fitness is about feeling good, not numbers on a scale. We’d rather celebrate movement, renewed energy and self-confidence… than have you step on a scale.

Moving feels good, no matter the number of the scale! And if you’d like to learn more about our philosophy, we invite you to read our blog post: "[The scale? Who cares!](https://econofitness.ca/en/blog/wellness/the-scale-who-cares)"
