# The 24/7 gym access is blocked. What should I do?

## First, check if you’re the only person who’s unable to pass through the turnstile.

- If it looks like no one can get in, please fill out our [contact form](https://info.econofitness.ca/en/contact-form?hsLang=en) so we can investigate quickly.
